The position offers a 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with opportunities to grow within a leading bakery company. Candidates should be reliable, safety‑minded, and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of basic reading, writing and math tasks.
• Strong communication and observational skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and teamwork.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment to meet quality specifications.
• Monitor product quality and complete required documentation to support regulatory and company standards.
• Support production line start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and preventative maintenance.
