Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Basic equipment operation knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing production demands.
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, startups, and operational readiness.
• Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work areas and safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and product flow to support production efficiency and quality.
• Communicate production status and concerns with supervisors and team members.
• Provide operational coverage across production lines and staffing support as needed.
• Contribute to continuous production efficiency and product quality through additional operational tasks.
