Job summary

Aspire Bakeries in Chaska, MN is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery- Production for the 3rd shift. You will operate automated production and packaging equipment, ensure food quality standards, and support the entire production process.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment. We offer a stable bakery environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Equipment and product knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications.
• Assemble, set up, start, and stop equipment for start-ups, changeovers, and line-specific needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Ensure work areas, machinery, and equipment are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisors and co-workers.
• Fill in for absent employees and operate all equipment on the line as needed.
• Ensure continuous compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.
• Adhere to production schedules, running orders, and recipes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
