Aspire Bakeries USA in Minnesota is hiring a Production Operator for the Chaska bakery to operate automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring food quality standards and supporting the full production process on the 2nd shift. You will troubleshoot equipment, adhere to GMPs, follow start-ups and changeovers, document reports, and communicate with supervisors.

Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Equipment and product knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a fast-paced food production or packaging environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement systems (AOE, Centerline, CIL).
• Leadership or team coordination experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and production data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and adjust machinery to ensure accuracy and food specs.
• Set up, start, and stop equipment for start-ups, changeovers, and line needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisors and co-workers.
• Fill in for absent employees and operate line equipment as needed.
• Ensure continuous compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.
• Adhere to production schedules, running orders, and recipes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
