Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an Operator 2, Bakery- Production - 3rd Shift at our Chaska, MN bakery. The role focuses on operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing operations.

You will support GMP, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced team environment with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, GMP requirements, and SOPs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production and packaging equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements throughout the production process.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and identify equipment issues requiring corrective action.
• Maintain production readiness by ensuring materials and supplies are available when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate across production areas to support overall bakery performance and productivity.
