Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking reliable Production Line Workers for a premier commercial bakery facility in Bowling Green, KY. The role involves assembling, packaging, and quality-checking baked goods on a fast-paced line, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities include operating packaging machinery, labeling products, maintaining GMPs, and collaborating with teammates to hit daily targets while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• 1-4 years of experience in food manufacturing, assembly lines, or baking operations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Production Line Assembly: Assist on the fast-paced assembly line preparing baked goods, applying toppings, and organizing products for baking and finishing.
• Packaging & Labeling: Inspect finished products, pack items into boxes/containers, and apply accurate product and shipping labels.
• Quality Assurance: Perform routine visual quality checks to ensure all items meet weight, appearance, and consistency specifications.
• Equipment & Process Monitoring: Operate and monitor basic bakery production machinery safely and efficiently, reporting any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Sanitation & Food Safety: Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and GMPs.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety standards.
