Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sort trays by color, bakery name, and condition.
• Feed trays into tray washer and keep line filled.
• Operate pan stacker/unstacker and assist in product changeovers.
• Discard scrap and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Report quality issues and machine problems promptly.
