Job summary

BakeMark is seeking a Production Worker to manufacture, package and handle bakery ingredients in a fast-paced facility. The role requires accuracy in weighing, labeling and packing products and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

You will follow written and verbal instructions, assist with line startup/shutdown, and support quality and safety programs while contributing to efficient production and on-time fulfillment of customer orders.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill, pull and package product into clean containers, with proper weight, label and date code.
• Load and label pallets correctly.
• Distinguish acceptable product from unacceptable product.
• Start up and shut down operations for line.
• Document required paperwork such as Batch Sheets.
• Maintain 5S standards and keep areas clean and sanitary.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety training.
• Support quality management systems and GMPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
