Responsibilities

• Inspection of product for uniformity and quality prior to packaging.
• Sort trays by color and bakery name; handle tray washer workflows.
• Feed trays to tray washer and assist in product changeovers.
• Maintain an organized, clean and sanitary work area.
• Report quality issues and machine problems immediately.
• Operate and monitor stacking, wrapping, and labeling workflows.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
