Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and adheres to SOPs.
• Provides excellent customer service and employs suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
