Responsabilidades

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and productivity.
• Trains production personnel to high industry standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events and holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs, and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation and safe practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment; cares for equipment per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
