Job summary

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality breads and pastries.
• Produce doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Perform baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stock dry products.
• Develop new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Train production personnel to high standards in industry.
• Perform production planning and forecasting for events and holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrive on time and be ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow and comply with health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; maintain equipment to safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
