Responsibilities

• Assist with placing dough on the production line to maintain flow and consistency.

• Work with fillings, including portioning and preparing them for production.
• Assist with smashing and shaping dough according to product specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Place finished sheet pans onto racks and ensure they are handled properly.
