Job summary

QPS Employment Group is assisting in filling a Production position in Manitowoc, WI. The role pays $19.00/hour and offers a 2nd or 3rd shift with start times at 2:00pm or 10:00pm. This is a potential for hire opportunity for individuals who meet the production requirements.

Responsibilities include loading conveyors, cleaning machines, inspecting products, and ensuring lines run smoothly. Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in production desired.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to push bread/bun trays.
• Ability to lift 15lbs repetitively.
• Ability to occasionally lift or push 50lbs.
• Ability to operate hoist to help.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load conveyor belts by placing pans of unbaked breads or buns from racks to lines to be taken to ovens
• Remove pans from lines and space them out on lines
• Use scraper to clean out machines of excess dough
• Inspect finished products
• Push racks/carts to sauna to get ready to be sent to bake
• Make sure lines are running correctly, that bread/buns are not being damaged while coming out of pans
• Maintain clean work area
