Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Production Associate to join our bakery production team. This entry level role focuses on safely and consistently producing the highest quality products for customers.

You will operate equipment, package goods, mix ingredients, and move materials while following GMP and food safety standards. The position requires up to 50 lb lifting and availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry pans/containers.
• Able to stand for extended periods; comfortable in a warm environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and consistently.
• Package products and mix ingredients as required.
• Move and stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Inspect products and address issues to prevent waste.
• Maintain GMP, food safety and quality standards.
