Wadsworth Buehler's Fresh Foods is seeking a Full-time hourly Bakery Production Clerk for the Bakery Department's Manufacturing Section. You will assist Production Bakers in preparing merchandise for sale, and perform tasks such as receiving, shipping, scaling, mixing, frying, finishing, wrapping, packing, and slicing.

Availability is 35+ hours per week with possible nights and weekends. Previous scratch bakery production experience is preferred; physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb and

• Experience with scratch bakery production or equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work 35+ hours per week including possible nights and weekends.
• Must be able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lb and occasional lifting up to 70 lb.

Responsabilités

• Assist Production Bakers in preparing bakery merchandise for sale.
• Receive, ship, scale, mix, fry, finish, wrap, pack, and slice bakery items.
• Perform general or specialized baking tasks as assigned.
• Maintain productivity, organization, and minimal supervision.

BAKERY PRODUCTION: Full-time hourly Production Clerk working in the Bakery Department's Manufacturing Section and responsible for assisting the Production Bakers in the preparation of merchandise for sale.This person's primary duties include receiving, shipping, scaling, mixing, frying, finishing, wrapping, packing, slicing, and performing other general or more specialized baking functions.Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.

1. Availability: 35+ hours per week, Possible nights & Weekends
2. Previous Work Experience: Experience with scratch bakery production requirements and equipment preferred, but not required.
3. Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 70#.
