Job summary

Paradis Ice Cream in Los Angeles is seeking an Ice Cream Production Team Member to join our team. You will produce fresh batches of Paradis ice cream daily, follow our recipes and production procedures, and help with scooping, beverages, and customer service.

This role offers part-time hours with potential full-time during the summer; starting pay is $18 per hour plus tips, and tips go directly to the employees. You will work in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years old.
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects.
• Stand for extended periods in fast-paced environment.
• Work in warm kitchens and cold freezers.
• Follow recipes and production procedures carefully.
• Receive and organize inventory and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices.

• Food prep or cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce fresh batches of Paradis ice cream daily following recipes and procedures.
• Prepare and produce ice cream from scratch each day for consistency and quality.
• Assist with scooping, beverages, inventory, and store cleanliness.
