Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Production Associate in Pennsylvania to join our bakery production team. You will help safely and consistently produce high-quality baked goods for our brands. You must be 18+, have 1–3 years in manufacturing, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends and holidays.

Training and a competitive benefits package are provided. This role handles packaging, ingredient mixing, and operation of production equipment on 2nd or 3rd

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely to produce baked goods.
• Package products and move/stack materials used in production.
• Mix ingredients and maintain production readiness.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications; monitor waste.
• Participate in required training, audits, and GMP/food safety practices.
