Prasek’s Family Smokehouse in Sealy, TX is seeking a Bakery Production Team Player to support dough preparation and daily bakery operations. You will follow the Opening/Closing Checklist, maintain cleanliness, and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly.

This role emphasizes safety, hygiene, and adherence to company policies as outlined in the Team Player Handbook. The candidate should be a team player with strong communication and reliability.

• Bake – make dough and prepare bakery items
• Practice good personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all bakery areas
• Perform closing and cleaning procedures as indicated on the checklist
• Ensure equipment, tubs, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized and stored
• Perform all duties in a safe manner
• Notify management of equipment repairs or unsafe conditions
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures in Handbook and manuals

Bakery Production Team Player’s Mission

Effectively carry out Prasek’s mission, work with, and carry out the tasks delegated by the Bakery Manager.

Essential Functions

• Bake – make dough
• Practice good personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the bakery (food preparation, storage and assembly)
• Perform closing and cleaning procedures as indicated on the Opening/Closing Checklist
• Ensure that all equipment, tubs and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized and stored
• Perform all job duties in a safe manner
• Operate equipment used in the bakery according to proper procedures and notify Management of needed equipment repairs
• Notify the Manager on duty of any unsafe conditions or safety violations
• Abide by all company policies and procedures as detailed in the Prasek’s Family Smokehouse Team Player Handbook and Operating Manuals
