Gimme! Coffee Ithaca’s Bakery seeks a reliable Prep Assistant to measure ingredients, portion pastries, restock inventory, and deliver goods to multiple Ithaca locations. You’ll work in a fast-paced, house-made daily pastry environment with opportunities to learn and advance.

The role requires punctuality, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate gram scales and standard bakery equipment. Morning shifts with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• Keen tasting and smelling abilities essential for quality checks.
• Ability to identify products by sight, smell, and taste.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Portion ingredients accurately using gram scales and follow recipes.
• Label and date prep clearly; box weekly baked goods per par sheets.
• Assist in production of muffins, scones, turnovers; monitor quality and report issues.
