Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a dependable Bakery Prep Associate to join our bakery team in a part-time role. Training is provided, no prior bakery experience is required, and you’ll be part of a friendly, family-owned company where your contributions matter.

Expect a hands-on role with early shifts (6 am–12 pm, Thursdays and Saturdays), opportunities to learn new skills in bakery production, and a team that supports growth and dependable, consistent work.

Qualifications

• No bakery experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform busy activities.
• Attention to detail and reliability are important.

Responsibilities

• Package and label fresh bakery products.
• Stock shelves and displays; keep them full and inviting.
• Assist in loading and unloading bakery ovens.
• Rotate products and check freshness and quality.
• Prepare products and supplies for the bakery team.
• Keep work areas clean and food-safe; support teammates.
