Job summary

Bethel Bakery in Bethel Park, PA is hiring a High School Prep Crew Team Member (Part-Time). This behind-the-scenes role focuses on keeping the bakery clean and ready for production. You will work up to 20 hours per week with shifts after school and on Saturdays.

Training is provided, and the team is committed to a safe, efficient work environment. The position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on bakery experience with duties including cleaning, prepping, and assisting the team across daily

Qualifications

• No experience necessary—we'll train you!
• Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around water, cleaning products, and both warm and cold bakery areas

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment and work areas
• Wash dishes, baking pans, and bakery tools
• Sweep, mop, scrub floors, and empty trash
• Restock supplies and prepare areas for the next day's baking
• Organize, label, and store cookies and baked goods
• Assist the bakery team with cleaning, prep, and other tasks as needed
