Job summary

Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a dependable Bakery Prep Associate to join our bakery team in a part-time role. Training is provided, no prior bakery experience is required, and you’ll be part of a friendly, family-owned company where your contributions matter.

Expect a hands-on role with early shifts (6 am–12 pm, Thursdays and Saturdays), opportunities to learn new skills in bakery production, and a team that supports growth and dependable, consistent work.

Schedule:

6 am - 12 pm; Thursdays and Saturdays.

What You'll Do

You'll help our bakery team prepare products for our customers and keep everything stocked, organized, and ready for the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Packaging and labeling fresh bakery products


• Stocking shelves and displays so they're full, fresh, and inviting


• Helping load and unload bakery ovens


• Rotating products and checking freshness and quality


• Preparing products and supplies for the bakery team


• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and food-safe


• Helping your teammates wherever needed to keep the bakery running smoothly

What the Job Is Like

This is an active position. You'll spend much of your day standing, moving, stocking, packaging, and helping prepare bakery products.

Team members should be comfortable:

• Standing and moving throughout the workday


• Lifting up to 50 pounds


• Working around bakery ovens and areas that can be warm at times
