Job summary

Bakerly Barn LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Easton, PA to ensure reliable operation of production equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires reading electrical schematics, CMMS experience, and a commitment to safety and GMP standards. On-site position with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certs preferred.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Reading electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Make machinery adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Support start-ups, changeovers, daily operations, and shutdowns as needed.
• Assist in installation and training on new machinery and equipment.
• Record maintenance tasks and work orders in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with other departments on root cause analysis.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow GMP/OSHA standards.
• Read instruments and interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
