Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certification a plus.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.
• Possess or attain licenses required by municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices.
• Perform proper component lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance, as needed.
• Practice environmental and maintenance program knowledge.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including schedule adherence and attendance.
• Possess or attain licenses required by state or local regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and related equipment.
