Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred but not required for entry-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices.
• Perform proper component lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance as needed.
• Support environmental and maintenance programs and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Possess or obtain licenses required to work with boilers, refrigeration components, and related equipment.
