Responsibilities

• Removes finished bakery products from conveyors and packs them into baskets or cases.
• Observes conveyors and packaging machine operation to prevent jams and clears jams safely.
• Picks filled cases from discharge end of tape machine and places them on pallets and conveyors.
• Inspects products for damage or conformance to specifications before packing.
• Transports completed pallets to storage and keeps the workspace clean and sanitary.
• Monitors tape levels and ensures proper sealing and accurate printing of barcodes.
• Reports equipment problems and assists with safety procedures and training.
