Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Troubleshoot, anticipate and fix plant issues.
• SAP and RFGen knowledge.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Forklift/electric pallet jack/manlift certification required.
• Work overtime or weekends as production needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare distribution of finished products and ensure accurate case counts.
• Dislodge jams on transfer conveyors and move cases to docks.
• Stack cases on pallets and wrap them for shipment.
• Enter cases into inventory and label pallets with handling unit labels.
• Support packaging by staging material line-side.
• Report unsafe conditions and quality discrepancies to supervision.
• Monitor tape seals and verify barcodes and lot numbers on cases.
• Direct packaging helpers and maintain GMP and sanitation standards.
• Record pallet counts and production data on the Case Count sheets.
