Job summary

King’s Hawaiian is seeking a Palletizer to prepare distribution, ensure accurate case counts, and manage palletizing from packing to dock. You’ll wrap loads, label, and input inventory data while supporting packaging operations on the production floor.

The role requires English literacy, basic math, and forklift certification. Safely operating conveyors and maintaining GMP standards are essential to keep product quality high.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English for safety and quality.
• Basic math skills.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems in plant operations.
• Computer literacy including SAP and RFGen.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Forklift/electric pallet jack/manlift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Stack product cases on pallets.
• Verify carton weight and correct case count before palletizing.
• Inspect products for damage or conformance to specs.
• Move empty pallets with pallet jack or assistance.
• Secure pallets with shrink wrap.
• Print and attach Handling Unit labels with RF gun.
• Record pallet and sale case counts on logs.
• Assist packaging team and train new employees.
• Maintain GMP compliance and sanitation.
• Report equipment issues and inventory discrepancies.
