Harvest Moon Baking Company is seeking a dedicated Packing Team Member in Colorado to ensure accurate packaging and labeling aligned with daily production schedules. You will operate slicing and packaging equipment, rotate through stations, and uphold strict GMP and safety practices in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Be self-disciplined, composed, outgoing, polite, and neat in appearance (in uniform).
• Have strong initiative, leadership qualities, a positive demeanor, and a voice of reason.
• Work on your feet for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to hot/cold equipment.
• Adhere to GMPs and company safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quality of the finished product and packaging.
• Package products according to packaging standards.
• Ensure correct packing materials are used with the right products.
• Place correct labels on the corresponding boxes.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and safe to operate.
• Slice loafs and hoagies before bagging/packaging.
• Rotate through all stations each shift.
• Maintain clean work lines and proper handwashing.
• Follow attendance policy.
