Job summary

Campbell Soup Company, Downers Grove, IL, is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 3rd shift. You will operate and monitor bagging, slicing, and packaging equipment to meet product specifications and production requirements, setting up gear to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will support multiple bakery/packaging assignments, maintain 5S standards, and follow GMP and HACCP requirements. Flexibility for overtime and safe handling of up to 50 lb loads is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on food safety, quality, and GMP.
• Willingness to work overtime and changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bagging, slicing, packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust slicers, baggers, stackers, guides, paddles, flites.
• Monitor product codes, lot traceability, and packaging requirements.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure specs and appearance.
• Move materials and equipment safely around the plant.
• Maintain 5S standards and support sanitation initiatives.
• Complete daily production documentation and logs.
