You will follow recipes, assist members, wrap and label merchandise, and maintain a clean, ready-to-sell area while delivering fast, friendly service. Responsibilities include collaborating with the bakery team, operating baking equipment, utilizing handheld tools for decisions, and ensuring food safety and proper packaging in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members; adapts to business needs to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels and stores merchandise per policies; ensures food safety, sanitation, and inventory control.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage with members; supports decisions on production and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area and ensures quality/date controls; protects merchandise; assists members with purchases; packaging and labeling per procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promotes high-quality service and products; shows energy, commitment and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; follows Open Door Policy and implements related action plans.
