Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is looking for a Bakery/Packager Team Member to help prepare fresh bakery items daily, wrap and label products, and assist members with orders.

The role emphasizes fast-paced multitasking, strong customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized area to ensure the freshest items for members. You will work with a team to meet daily production needs, follow recipes, operate bakery equipment, and use handheld tools to support sales and product quality while prioritizing member

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with associates to support bakery operations.
• Be an Expert: prepare bakery items by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensure food safety and inventory control.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to assist production decisions and product quality.
• Be an Owner: maintain a clean, properly packaged and labeled merchandise area with date control.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: deliver high-quality service and maintain energetic engagement with members.
