Sam's West, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Bakery/Packager Associate to prepare fresh bakery items daily, follow recipes, wrap and label merchandise, and store items to keep them ready for members.

You will juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while assisting members with bakery orders. You'll contribute to a friendly, efficient bakery team and focus on accurate packaging, labeling, and keeping areas clean and member-ready.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members; flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels and stores merchandise; ensures food safety and inventory management.

• Be an Owner: Maintains operations area, ensures quality and date control; secures fragile merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchases.
