Responsibilities

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on sales promotions and store features.
• Implement and communicate the weekly Flight Plan, manage scheduling, labor, and payroll expenses.
• Support department management in staffing, training, performance, and goal development.
• Participate in meetings and maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked department following food safety, safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• Assist in meeting company KPIs and adhere to PPE, food safety, and cleaning standards.
• Perform additional tasks across departments as needed.
