Qualifications

• 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory control, and labor targets.
• Ability to hire, develop, and coach Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for service delivery.
• Builds a positive work environment and exceptional morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
