Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail operations and bakery category management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer relationship abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to Bakery team and oversees daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects.
• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for outstanding customer service.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions; develops and counsels Team Members to sustain a high-performance team.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets; maintains product assortment and inventory control.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors; stays aware of industry trends and retail execution standards.
