Qualifications

• Leadership in a retail bakery environment.
• Experience making hiring and separation decisions.
• Strong knowledge of profitability, expense control, and inventory management.
• Food safety certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Builds a positive work environment of teamwork, mutual respect and morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Accountable for monitoring and achieving sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintains proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Directs Team Members to meet customer needs and inquiries.
