You will oversee bakery operations, staff training, and maintain quality standards while acting as a backup for the Bakery Operations Manager (BOM).

Responsabilités

• Execute all core bakery operations including inventory rotation and staffing coordination.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of the BOM.
• Model urgency, accountability, and operational discipline.
• Deliver consistent coaching and performance feedback.
