Qualifications

• Leadership of teams in food service, hospitality or retail.
• Operational management including scheduling, inventory oversight, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting.
• Customer service and conflict resolution to ensure a welcoming guest experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and health regulations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with team, guests, and suppliers.
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems; scheduling or inventory software is helpful.
