Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Willing to obtain Food Safety certification within 6 months.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Hold ATLs, supervisors, and Team Members accountable for customer service.
• Build a positive work environment with teamwork and morale.
• Make hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitor sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintain product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with department leaders and vendors.
• Keep knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
• Set and meet retail execution standards.
