You will manage inventory and orders (Sysco), schedule shifts, train staff, uphold health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in bakery or food production, including 1+ year in supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
