Push Operations in Salem is seeking an experienced operations leader to own daily bakery functions and guide a team toward high standards of quality, service, food safety, and productivity.

You will direct shifts, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and uphold Crumbl-like hospitality and cleanliness across both Salem locations. This role offers growth toward broader leadership responsibilities within a locally owned business.

• Oversee daily bakery operations and shift execution.

• Support production areas including mixing, baking, and order fulfillment.
• Make real-time decisions to keep workflow efficient.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or concerns.
• Lead with accountability and ensure policy compliance.
• Open or close the bakery as assigned.
• Collaborate with management to maintain operations at Salem locations.
