Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign and direct work.
• Review historical data on sales, ads, promotions; co-manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, financial results, and product quality.
• Ensure quality control and food safety; rotate dated products.
• Assist with bakery production including prep, packaging, labeling, catering, and delivery.
• Decorate baked goods and merchandise displays to promote themes.
• Check trucks, manage inventory and paperwork.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and displays.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment per safety procedures.
• Greet customers and take orders by phone and in person.
