Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher education desirable.
• 2+ years management experience in retail/restaurant/supermarket.
• Previous decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer relations and resolves issues.
• Accepts orders and creates decorated bakery products.
• Decorates cakes using various techniques.
• Assists Bakery Manager with daily operations and scheduling.
• Manages inventories and controls costs.
• Ensures freshness and proper pricing of merchandise.
