Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete the in-house forklift-training program (this is a job specific requirement).
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of shift and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, and adjust pricing as needed.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and bake in oven.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print and apply labels, and refresh display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays and floors.
