Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and display bakery products to standard and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain fresh, rotated, well-stocked merchandise and high customer service.
• Order, receive and rotate stock; ensure FIFO and proper labeling.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and provide training for new associates within 30 days.
• Protect safety by following proper lifting and equipment use policies.
• Monitor temps and report any refrigeration issues promptly.
