Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Work with associates to build a strong bakery team.
• Maintain high associate morale and follow the RSTO approach.
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise; verify deliveries and inspect quality.
• Rotate bakery ingredients and products using FIFO; keep shelves stocked.
• Assist in ordering and inventory control; handle damaged goods per policy.
• Stock products to storage or shelves and ensure proper temperatures for baking.
• Prepare baking mixtures per recipes; pan and bake products to customer specifications.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations; maintain cleanliness of area.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with dress code; wear hat or hair net.
• Keep display cases, coolers, freezers, and equipment clean; tidy work areas.
• Apply safe lifting and operating procedures.
• Restock supplies efficiently to minimize waste; promote items over PA system.
• Report theft or markdowns; perform other duties as assigned by management.
