Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge of baking techniques.

• Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
• Authorized to work within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and provide prompt and courteous service or assistance.
• Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with other associates to build a strong bakery team.
• Achieve the highest associate morale by working in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style.
• Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise and verify deliveries.
• Keep bakery ingredients rotated and use oldest products first (FIFO).
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products per policy.
• Prepare all baking mixtures and bake products to customer specifications.
• Adhere to health, safety, and packaging regulations.
