Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a Team Member – Mixer/Scaler to join our bakery production team. You will prepare ingredients, mix batters, and verify lot codes to ensure a consistent product that meets production standards.

We value accuracy, safety, and teamwork. You will operate mixing equipment, document inventory, and participate in GMP and health and safety procedures, with flexibility for varied shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and move between tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients in the mixing area according to batch lists and schedules.
• Document lot code identifications and ensure proper labeling.
• Follow precise batch measurements to produce the batter.
• Take measurements as directed by shift/operations leaders.
• Operate mixing equipment safely and report malfunctions or quality issues.
• Enter inventory data into the Operations Management System (OMS).
• Support clean-up duties and maintain a safe, orderly workspace.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and health & safety procedures.
